3.3 HOW TO DISABLE COOKIES

Remove Cookies in Microsoft Edge:
Click on the Menu icon (icon with 3 lines) on the top right hand-side. Click on the clock icon, this is the tab ‘History’. Click on ‘Erase all history’. Now you can indicate exactly what you want to delete. Check ‘Cookies and store website data’ and click on ‘Delete’. At the bottom you can indicate whether you always want to delete this data when you close Microsoft Edge.
Remove Cookies in Chrome:
Click on the icon with 3 dots at the top right. Click on ‘Settings’> ‘History’ > ‘Clear browsing data’. Make sure you check ‘Delete cookies and other site data’. You can also choose the time range for the data you are about to delete. Select ‘all time’.
Remove Cookies in Firefox:
Click on the icon with 3 lines at the top right. Go to ‘Options’> ‘Privacy’. Click ‘Clear your recent history.” Under ‘Details’ you can indicate exactly what you want to delete. Be sure to check ‘Cookies’. You can also indicate the time range (how far back in history you want to delete). Select ‘all’ here.
Remove Cookies in Safari:
Click on ‘Safari’ at the top left of the menu bar > ‘Preferences’. At the top, choose the tab ‘Privacy’. Next, click on ‘Remove all website data’.
Remove Cookies in Internet Explorer:
Click on the icon of a gear at the top right. Go to the ‘Security’ menu> ‘Delete browsing history’. Now you can indicate exactly what you want to delete. In any case, tick ‘Cookies and website data’. Click on ‘Delete’ at the bottom of the window.
4. How Long Do We Store Data?
The above mentioned personal data is stored for as long as necessary to carry out our service and 5 years for statistical purposes. After this period, the data will be deleted, unless we have a legal obligation to store the data for a longer period of time (such as the fiscal obligation to store payment data for 7 years)
5. Sharing Your Data
5.1 WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?
De Arme Duivel does not sell your data to third parties and will only share this information when necessary to carry out our agreements with you or to comply with legal obligations. We always have General Data Protection agreements with our partners or third parties who process your data at our request. This is to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. De Arme Duivel remains responsible for the processing of this data.
5.2 THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
This privacy policy is not applicable when a third party, such as a blog or news website, is connected to our website by means of a link. De Arme Duivel cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your data in a reliable manner. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of these websites before using them.
6. Privacy of Children
De Arme Duivel does not consciously collect nor does it intend to collect data from website visitors younger than 13 years, unless we have permission from a parent or guardian. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal data of a child under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete this information as soon as possible. To prevent the collection of children’s data without parental consent we encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children.

7.1 VIEWING AND CORRECTING YOUR DATA
You can send a request for access, correction or data transfer of your personal data to info@armeduivel.be. You have the right withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by De Arme Duivel and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request for us to send all the data we have of you. We will send this to you in a computer file. To ensure that the request for access, correction or data transfer is submitted by you, we ask you to send a copy your ID alongside the request. Cover your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with the numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen’s number. (You can do this with the use of an app, for example.) This is to protect your privacy. When you send a request to us, we will forward and/or adjust your personal data and/or permission without undue delay.
7.2 YOU HAVE THE ‘RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTON’
We don’t like forgetting you, but the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants everyone the ‘right to be forgotten’. This means that you have the right to ask us to delete all your data (provided that De Arme Duivel has no other legal obligation to store your data for a longer period of time, such as fiscal laws requiring us to store payment data for 7 years). De Arme Duivel does not make decisions about matters that can have (significant) consequences for customers (persons) based on automated processing systems. By this we mean that a decision is never made by computer programs, without a person, an De Arme Duivel employee for example, authorising the decision.
